Shipping policy

All products are generally shipped Canada Post ground shipping unless you provide alternate specific shipping instructions with your order or select an alternate shipping method (ex: UPS) during checkout. Additional fees may apply for alternate shipping arrangements.

Note: shipping and delivery times shown during checkout are provided based on the delivery method and shipping company selected and does not include order preparation and fulfilment time. Generally, most instock orders are filled and ready to ship within 48 hours (not including weekends or statutory holidays).

If an item is not available in-stock or there are any questions about your order, you will be notified by email.

Allow 7-15 business days for standard ground shipping. Delivery times provided by shipping companies are not guaranteed by Pro North Heating Inc. and are subject to the respective shipping company's terms and conditions of service.
